Engineers got to site to find HV box had blown and burning smell, on closer inspection also found water to be leaking out of the box.

Once we received permit from WPD, we then began to break out boxes on switchgear whilst sourcing new HV switchgear.

We removed old and faulty gear, replaced, and resprayed all within 24 hours, all switched back on.
